Seeking a Maintenance Leader to be responsible for the maintenance of all CNC equipment and facilities and plant systems. Duties include:
- Performing needed reactive maintenance on any equipment as requested by Production
- Preventive Maintenance
- Maintaining a schedule of preventive maintenance
- Assuring effectiveness and efficiency of preventive maintenance
- Development of and training of personnel in preventive maintenance
- Maintaining parts(maintenance) inventory
- Coordinating with outside maintenance services(production equipment and facilities), as needed
- Primary contact
- Maintaining service records
- Cost estimation
- Supervision and approval of work
- Performing or coordinating any facilities maintenance as approved by managers
- Performing any equipment/accessory modifications to enhance productivity, eliminate problems
- Coordinating and assuring proper installation of new equipment
- Safety Leader-responsible for maintaining proper safety of equipment, infrastructure, and use
- Completion of any assigned special projects by the production leader/senior engineer
