Manufacturing Engineer now sought for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with our client, a well-established provider of high-precision metal products. The incumbent will focus on projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company and help continually improve internally and in performance to customers. The Manufacturing Engineer’s role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Continuous Improvement – Processes
- Determine needs/opportunities
- Develop action items or projects
- Manage projects to timelines
- New Parts, New Revision (NPNR) – Manufacturing Representative
- Attend NPNR meetings
- Fulfill all manufacturing responsibilities to the NPNR team
- Lay Out the manufacturing process for NPNR’s
- Create Tool Logs
- Program Jobs as needed
- Assist Sales with Quoting
- Develop and Control Manufacturing Standards
- Workmanship Criteria
- Manufacturing Processes
- Standard Programs
- Standard Tooling
- Standard Material
- Tooling Design and Control
- Design C’bores
- Approve manufacturing drawings
- Inspect C’bores upon receipt
- Corrective Action
- Control CAR log
- Fill out, approve, and manage the CARs to make sure they are done properly and on time
- Implement changes from CARs
Position Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Manufacturing Engineering

- 10 years of experience in a related field
