As the Marketing Manager at Messina Group, you will play a central role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives for our dynamic business units: Talent Advisory and Business Transformation Consulting. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will drive our marketing efforts, combining project management, professional writing, graphic design, digital marketing, and the creation, distribution, and promotion of video content. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of brand value will be critical in contributing to our ongoing success.
Strategic Development and Execution:
- Collaborate closely with the CMO to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and success metrics.
- Oversee end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
- Foster collaboration across diverse teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Leverage your strong professional writing skills to create compelling marketing content.
- Develop and refine content for various channels, including our website, social media marketing collateral, and create, distribute, and promote video content.
Video Content Creation and Promotion:
- Conceptualize, produce, and edit thought leadership videos and client success stories.
- Develop strategies for the distribution and promotion of video content across relevant platforms.
Design and Branding:
- Utilize your graphic design skills to create a visually appealing and cohesive brand assets.
- Ensure a consistent and visually engaging brand presence across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and any online advertising.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Communication:
