Job Description
- Maintains heavy equipment, tractor-trailers, and vehicles by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, correcting vehicle deficiencies, making adjustments and alignments and keeping records
- Must present a neat and professional appearance
- Ensures a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspection and maintenance of equipment
- Operate loader to load customer trucks, haul trucks, material bins, etc
- Assist with plant maintenance
- Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
