They are seeking 2 Medical Technologists for various shifts. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Medical Technologists must be qualified to assist the Laboratory Manager and Technical Consultant with the supervision of laboratory personnel and the performance of moderate and high complexity testing in the laboratory.
- Assist in the maintenance and operation of all laboratory equipment. Monitors daily, weekly and monthly instrument maintenance as indicated.
- Adheres to the laboratory’s quality control policies and documents all QC activities, instrument and procedural calibrations, and instrument maintenance.
- Records proper lot numbers of all controls, calibrators, and reagents.
- Assists in proficiency testing by assigning PT samples to testing personnel, able to perform sample analysis and reporting PT results
