Duties and Responsibilities
- Working to ensure materials and component parts meet the company’s quality standards.
- Perform testing to identify product durability and areas of weakness.
- Ensure that equipment and processes follow predetermined quality standards.
- Analyzing issues reported via customer feedback, maintaining records, and implementing changes to manufacturing when necessary.
- Create quality practices, SOP's and relevant documentation.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in project management activities to ensure quality objectives are met.
