Seeking a Sr. Salesforce Associate to join our rapidly growing Digital Transformation Consulting firm. The Sr. Associate will perform primary system administrator/developer services for a variety of clients. Our clients are Private Equity-backed, fast-growing companies. The Salesforce Sr. Associate will perform business requirement gathering, Salesforce configuration, administration, and some Salesforce development services. He or she will work with multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Salesforce platform. In addition, this role would provide reporting and analytic services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all basic administrative functions including system maintenance, user access, and provisioning, reports and dashboards, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, maintaining formula fields, bulk data migration, process builder and workflows, validation rules, sharing settings
- Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle (requirements gathering and review, technical design review, configuration, testing, and support) with a primary focus on application design and development
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce including custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure the adherence to leading practices for configuration and custom development of Salesforce and implement best practices regarding system maintenance, testing, and data integrity
- Support configuration release management which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments, and coordinating actual end-user testing
- Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system and identify cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflows, and reporting
- Research, install, configure, and support third-party applications
- Leverage experience and knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to form optimal recommendations on platform changes and enhancements
Position Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administrative experience
- 1+ Salesforce certifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and integrations (e.g. Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Exposure to Salesforce Apex and Visualforce preferred
- Experience with other Salesforce offerings (e.g. Experience Cloud) preferred
- Development experience is a plus
