Seeking to hire a Technical Sales Engineer for a direct hire, onsite position. Our client has been leading the way in plastic injection mold manufacturing for over 50 years. They have a great understanding of what their clients are looking for, giving the best service, quality, and delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Works independently to services existing accounts, obtains orders, establishes new accounts, plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the customers’ needs
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing industry networks, and participating in professional societies
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on CRM and customer sales
- Generate quotes using the proper language and terms of the plastic industry
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge in Mold making, and injection molding
Position Qualifications:
- 5+ years of injection mold, mold making, or plastic industry
- BA degree preferred
- Prospecting skills
- Negotiation
