Seeking a Technical Writer with Salesforce experience for a fully remote employment opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Technical Writer:
- The position will focus on a combination of technical writing and providing technical support for customers
- Write and edit technical and procedural documents including user guides
- Collaborate with the support team and the product team to write documentation for specific products and processes
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and internal operational system SMEs to improve technical documentation
- Make recommendations for different architectures/structures for the documentation repository so the documents are easy to find including templates

- Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 6 Months +
Position Qualifications:
- One year of technical writing experience
- One year of customer service or related experience
- One Salesforce Certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Experience with a large enterprise implementing Salesforce and knowledge of Salesforce objects, profiles, basic configurations (not technical configuration), business processes
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text
- Strong verbal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Experience providing technical support for Salesforce
